Respectful ladies and gentleman. The woman are gorgeous. Excellent customer service. Will definitely shop there again.

Like another user these people failed their own work, charged for balancing got car back in worse condition... Tried to speak with Mario the service manager, wasn't a pleasant conversation, He seemed to think he coimd dictate what I can or cant say, asked to speak with his boss or the owner and I was basically stonewalled... (i've witnessed the francophone clients getting much more friendly and thorough client service levels.) I made a complaint to Canadian Tire Corporate on July 6, 2017 and still no call backs. I phone Canadian Tire corporate a few times and they assure me someone will get back promptly. Done with this store!

Great service. After a recent move, we needed curtain rods. My wife asked a floor associate for assistance and we we overwhelmed when the young lady came to find us in the store to show us what she found after we gave up since the rods were not where they were supposed to be.

I purchase an item with a defective part. It was returned and reimbursed quickly. The staff is polite and pleasant. Prices are competitives

Staff was not helpful when we were trying to find specific hardware...he looked at us like we're nuts and said it is down this aisle... It wasn't there... Asked someone else, they didn't know where to find the latches and sent us to the same guy that we originally spoke to.
