Easy to reserve a unit, clean and well maintained. Customer service was quick and fast. No longer in need of the unit and they were able to close the account without any hassle. Would definitely use again!

Lived in Boise for 10 months and during my time there I rented a unit from Trust Storage. I can honestly say that this has been the best storage facility experience in all of my moves 6 states in 8 years. The facility is well maintained and clean. The on-line sign up was seamless with no hiccups upon arrival. After leaving Boise for another move, the clean out and account closing was just as smooth. The owners were always nice and pleasant when reaching out to them. I have told my friends in the area if they ever needed a storage facility, then this is the best in my opinion. Highly recommended.

Very clean facility with up-to-date features and security. Their customer service was amazing and I will definitely be using them for any storage needs in the future.

I would give more stars if possible. Excellent customer service. Reasonably priced. They worked with us to make our storage situation work for us and the timeframe to move into our new house. Sherry was top notch! Will DEFINITELY use them for any and all future storage needs!

Great storage facility! We've used Trust Storage for 2+ years and have had a great experience. The units are clean and affordable. Would highly recommend Trust Storage if you need a place to store your stuff!

I cant believe how amazing Sherrie at Trust Storage is. I was in an emergency situation in need of a storage unit. I called so many different places and everywhere I called what we're out of storage units. I only needed a storage unit for 3 days and she was able to help me when no one else could. Not only that but she actually Cared about what i was going through. I Would Highly recommend this place.

Trust storage has been amazing since day 1! Never have to worry about anything happening to our special things here and their customer service is above incredible!!! Hands down 5 stars!

Excellent service, technology, and facilities! I feel confident, and protected with Trust Storage as my choice...and I’ve used many of them. Trust is the best! They got rid of one bad apple staff person but she wasn’t even that bad. Now this place is near perfect always make me feel welcome. Thanks!

Wonderful! One of the biggest and best in the state of Idaho. Many different sizes to choose from and a clean, safe facility to store your precious items, or just a bunch of extra items cluttering up your home or garage, Trust storage has a space for your stuff. Trust that.

Nothing but a haste. They never answer their phones. Take days to respond by email. There is literally never anyone in the office. To make matters worse I paid them 4 days ago and here I sit outside a storage unit that has a secondary lock on it. Literally you would be better off having a hobo watch your stuff on a street corner. Go literally anywhere else. Wish I could give a negative star value.
