Stor-It Self Storage

Storit has refused to cancel my contract for four months. I have successfully disputed THREE charges they made through my bank Wells Fargo. My bank refunded my the money for all three incorrect charges and closed the disputes. Wells Fargo will no longer allow Stor-it to charge my account. Storit still refuses to cancel my account after numerous emails and phone calls. They are now charging me late fees and charging me for the disputed charges that my bank found in my favor and closed. They claim I have to clean out the "garbage" which is hilarious because they filled the unit with cement dust and the two couches I had in there before I emptied out the unit had to be thrown away due to all of the cement dust. Everything in the unit was contaminated with that cement dust, ruining the furniture and aquarium. Now they are threatening to send it to collections.

Just finished renting from this location (your'e actually dealing with the Maple Grove office staff) and i have to say I've had an excellent experience. Would 100% recommend to others. The staff was always very courteous and easy to deal with, my unit was easy to access, and i really dont feel like i was over-paying for the unit. Each of the times i walked in there from starting up my unit to ending it, it was just so easy. Always walked out of there thinking it was super quick. anyways in regards to the user who's unit was broken into, we bought a heavy duty lock that cant be cut so we had some extra piece of mind.
