It is ok for the price, would have given a higher rating if it had a light inside to be able to see in the dark or in dark areas, even in daylight hours still difficult to see.

I LOVE REPUBLIC STORAGE!!!!! They have been an absolute dream to do business with. I recently sold my home and needed to store everything while I looked for a new home to buy. I went to Stor-It off of Parkcenter and got myself all set up a week before moving day. Then on moving day I had movers at my home and I had two fully packed trucks parked in front of my storage unit but the free lock Stor-it had provided me with wouldn't open. While the 3 other people I was with tried to unlock the lock I was stuck trying to get ahold of ANYONE at Stor-It to help me. Once I finally got ahold of someone I was spoken to as if I were an idiot who couldn't open a simple pad lock and told that there was nothing that could be done until the next day because I was calling after their office hours. Sorry, but I work for a living and I couldn't make it down to the storage unit I was paying for until after their office hours. The next day I was so put off by Stor-It I called Republic Storage and I was able to get the exact space I needed that same day. I have been treated with nothing but respect by the Republic Storage team, and they were even apologetic for the way I had been treated by Stor-It even though I never received so much as an apology from Stor-It. From now on Republic Storage has my business and my referrals, because they took the time to provide me with superior customer service, and that goes a long way in my book.
