I only had 2 mos to prepare for our intimate wedding. I had talk to several catering services but I felt that Truffles Fine Foods is the one who gave me the best deal with everything. First they reply promptly. Second they gave me a very detailed quotation. I really love this part. They also offer things like they will include the tables, cutleries, linens, glasswares with the services and even flipping the venue from the ceremony to reception. Genevieve was also very accommodating with all of my questions and changes. Even though I only have few months they still accommodated me. It was very easy and stress free to deal with them. The day itself was very smooth too. I didn’t have a wedding planner but they were all so professional and great at what they do that I don’t even have to worry about anything. The venue owner also messaged me thanking me for leaving the venue very clean. As for the food. It was simply awesome. All of my family and friends love it. I would really recommend them to my friends who will want to celebrate any occasion.
Such a wonderful company. Their staff are so kind during the planning process. On the day of the event everything was so organized and wonderful, they really know what they're doing. Food was amazing as well. You really get the feeling that they put a lot of care into the food they make. They even came up with a custom meal for a guest with allergies who could not eat what everyone else was having. They also have some good options for their bar services as well! They made planning this event so much easier for me.
Working with Truffles was a great experience. We wanted an all vegan wedding and they did a wonderful job looking after our wants and needs. They also looked after all of the extra rentals we needed for the big day dishware, glasses, bartender, etc The staff who came for our wedding was exceptional and our guests enjoyed the food immensely. Would definitely recommend Truffles for any occasion.
I have been using Truffles Fine Foods and Catering plated and buffet dinners; cocktails and canapes, in my home, for well over 10 years now. We have forged a great working relationship. I have worked with several event managers over the years and I have found them to be a pleasure to work with. I have appreciated their advice when creating a menu and yet, they have been open to my suggestions and willing to accommodate changes and dietary restrictions and allergies. They have been cognizant of my budget when preparing a proposal. The onsite staff - chef, bartender and wait staff have all been experienced, professional and discreet. They have been easy to work with and integral to creating a seamless event. The food quality is very good. They offer a variety of delicious seasonal menus prepared with fresh local ingredients. Food can be prepared off site and brought to your home but I have used an onsite chef for most of my events. I haven't had to use any rentals , except for chafing dishes for a buffet set up, so I can't comment on that area. I highly recommend Truffles Fine Foods, if you are looking for a caterer who can give you their personal attention, quality ingredients, professional preparation and service.
We have used truffles Fine Foods for numerous corporate events and meetings and have always been happy with them. Their staff and service have always been top notch and the food has always been excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for my next event.
