Always purchase cakes from Truffles and never had any issues. This time I ordered a cake with Bavarian and strawberries. But received Bavarian and raspberries, I called and informed the clerk about the issue she said I needed to bring her some of the cake so she could check to see what the problem is. First off it was for my daughters birthday and second it was only to feed 9-10 people. Now do you think there's cake left. 

Very UNHAPPY with the service I received. Because, with customer service your suppose to make your customers happy. I would have been satisfied if she offered me 10% off next cake order. But without the cake you receive NOTHING. 

Sorry, I don't think I will be back. :(

You won't even find a shop this good in Chicago. Well worth the visit! Truffles is the best :)
