Dunkin' Donuts

I love DD coffee. But why is this location only open until 9pm? People coming to the steel mill to work midnights might like to stop for coffee and you're already closed.

This store needs some retraining very badly!! I went to get some donut holes and was told the kind I wanted was sold out so I settled for glazed ones instead. So when I got them I looked in the box and none of them were glazed they were like peices of bread. So I went back for a refund and they asked if I wanted to trade them out for regular donuts and i said no I just want my money back and the "manager" said they couldn't get it for me at the time because they were busy. Like seriously I'm a manager across the street at the mcdonalds and i would never tell a customer that!! And your so called store manager "brittany" she said her name was, was very unprofessional and said when we come to the store our order is always messed up and said it was my fault. How is it my fault when YOU guys mess my order up.. they she also stated that she will not serve any of my mcdonalds employees including myself.. Are you kidding me!!! I will be calling corporate!!!

This Dunkin' Donuts is awesome, staff is always chill and friendly. Never once messed up my order. Wouldn't recommend the breakfast food at any Dunkin' Donuts but that's not their fault.

Constantly gets orders wrong. Was late for work one day because they pulled me around in the drivethru to park and they "lost" my order. Only reason I don't hate it is because one employee shines above the rest and gives amazing service.
