Restrooms are filthy and floor is always wet. I've been to this Panera at least once or twice a year since 2022. My Dad always wants to get a sandwich and this is a half way point during travel. But the restrooms have always been filthy, and often times the tables and carpet have food crumbs all over. I keep thinking that the next time it will be better, but I've clearly been proven wrong. I now wonder if the kitchen is clean?! I will need to find a new place to stop during travel.
The food was fine but very expensive for what i got. My pick 2 and a drink was $18! The man who took my order wasn't friendly at all. And that place needs a good cleaning. Where I got my clean lid from had a sticky brown substance on the bottom and it took me a long time to find a place to eat that wasn't all messy with greasy fingerprints. Won't be back for a bit.
The inside dining here is voluminous, which impressed me, as well as it's decor. Appealing as well to patrons would be the spacious outside dining, along with ample parking nd drive thru.nnUnfortunately, a star is lost based on the taste, temp nd timing of my food. And that is not said bc of speed. Good food is not fast nd fast food is not good. Take due time to prepare each item well nd up to par with the sufficient ingredients.
Do NOT go to the drive thru if you’re looking for something quick or affordable. You get neither here. Wait time will take a total of 45 minutes even if you’re the only car in the line. Food will cost an arm and a leg and as I’m sure you can guess will come out subpar. Would spend your money and time elsewhere.
5 years ago we had given this place 5 stars. Over last year or so it has not been the same. While we never had any issues with breakfast items, lunch has been a different story. While the manager is always eager to make things right by providing correction or free certificate, it is still very annoying when they keep missing simple instructions like no onions, peppers etc. It is not always possible to go back and get the right orders immediately which leaves a bad taste no pun intended. Need to make sure someone actually checks the food before it is put in the bag and not just check the box.nWe have been to many Panera in other cities but never had this problem.nAnother visit, another disappointment. All the open tables were dirty to varying degrees.nnAnother carry out and another screw up by this place. Had a 1/2 med salad and 1/2 chipotle chicken sandwich. Salad was half full than usual with scant greens and sandwich hardly had the main ingredient chicken. When called to complain, I was told that there are new people. This is the standard response from this place. The receipt was even matched as checked by someone.nTHIS IS THE ABSOLUTELY WORST PANERA LOCATION WE HAVE EXPERIENCED.
