True Balance Medical Spa

Had went to receive lip fillers in March. Left their location with a gap in my lips, to which I had to return and have them fixed. After the swelling had died down I noticed a significant difference between my top and bottom lip. Again, went back for a 3rd visit to have this adjusted. A few days passed and my bottom lip was still significantly smaller, whilst my top lip began to look slanted and uneven. Unhappy with how they looked & not wanting to return for a 4th visit I went elsewhere to have them fixed. The owner phoned me and told me I had “poor conduct” on social media, even though I had politely privately messaged their facebook account inquiring about a refund. He said it was a difference of opinions and that I would not be receiving a refund. My pictures I provided to their location show not only the unevenness in my lips, but they’re so obviously crooked! He said they looked fine - HA! I wish I could provide photos. The owner was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. While the staff at this location is very sweet, I do not see how lip fillers require 4 separate visits in order to be professionally done. Waste of time and money.

Michele is amazing every single time I see her, she makes me feel comfortable at each treatment and always knows what’s best for me, so sweet and professional 🙂

Booked an appointment a couple of weeks ago and took tomorrow afternoon off work so I could get a microderm abrasion facial. I got a phone call today letting me know that they had double booked the machine and I can't get it done. With such short notice I can't get my hours at work back and now I can't get my facial done either. Very disappointed

Great experience today at this medical spa. I went in for injection services and I’m very pleased with the natural results. Everyone was very friendly and professional, and best of all the injector was competent! Definitely a repeat customer.

Myself and my sister-in-law had gotten pedicures done on Saturday as part of a 'girls day" and we had an amazing time. The 2 ladies who did our pedicures were amazing! Super friendly, and 100% ok with my sometimes over the top personality. I love how we got to talk about each other families and it was nice being able to have a great chat with the girls while they took special care of our feet. We literally came in with the muddiest, dirtiest, shoes and feet as we live on a Peat Moss Farm and the ladies didn't bat an eye at our mess. I wish I would have remembered their names because I would love to recommend them on here but I am sure by how amazing they both were ANY of the staff would be just as amazing. Its a great place! I will be back! and I plan to have other services done. I will be a on-going customer for sure! Thanks again girls!
