Karmen with a K, was amazing. I moved out here last year and have been to three other hair dressers or barbers who butchered my hair. Karmen took her time, listened to what I wanted, and gave me an amazing haircut. I have found my new hair dresser and will stick with her from now on. Can't wait to bring my son in as well.
None!! Booked, was totally ignored watched two other clients come in and get seated. Not a hello sorry we are behind, 45 minutes later thought it was time to go. If you want to waste you time, a hour of your life and be ignored at the same even while you booked you your time for a simple hair cut; well then this is a hell of a place to go !! Wish I could give a negative 5!!
Have been going to this studio for years and highly recommend! Andrea, the owner, is very professional, talented, personable and fun! She listens and works with you to find a style that looks great and is easy to manage. Andrea finds amazing people to work in her studio as well! A very clean and positive atmosphere! Highly recommend The Loft!
Worst hair cut I've ever had. Had to go back to get some blending as there was a big chuck that was shorter then the rest in the back headed back to the salon to hedge them blend it in, as result and rush, the blending ended up taking off way way to much hair that its left looking flat and way to short. I don't even want to leave the house. On the plus, very pleased they welcomed me back to touch ,it up but unfortunately the touch up was over kill and I absolutely hate, my hair cut, might be hats for the next 3 to 4 monthsService: Hairstyling
Andrea the owner was so amazing, I made the mistake of box dying my hair and she helped me get my hair to a beautiful state again. Not only was this studio a clean and inviting space but you just feel so comfortable. Lots of laughs and they listen to what you want. 5 stars and will be going back for all of my hair needs ! Thanks Girl !
FINALLY!!! Found someone who knows how to cut hair. Thank you Kelly, you are so skilled. You listen to your customer and give her exactly what she wants. Strongly recommend Kelly, will definitely be back.
For my first visit I was very impressed. Melissa was very friendly, knowledgeable and very good at her craft. I was happy and will return.

Called for appointment, had to leave message., received a text message 3 days later. Called over new years, but answering machine said they were open. I realize we are in an age of technology, but sending a text is very poor customer service in my opinion.
