We are passionate about environmental sustainability, sourcing locally and reducing our footprint by using compostable products whenever possible.
Our impact on the community is of utmost importance to us. We want to provide excellent service to our customers, employees, and business partners. All our products are sourced locally. Sandwiches and pastries are from local bakeries (Avenue Bread and Wake ‘N Bakery), beer is from local brewery (Aslan), and wine will all be sourced from local Washington vineyards.
