Awesome tasting smoothies, and healthy for you. Food is overpriced - if I'm paying 8 dollars, I want an 8 dollar sandwich. As far as the wait times go, they are slower than fast food but that's to be expected - I'll wait for healthier food.

Bad service. Don't bother coming here. It's pretty bad when there are like 8 people "working" but get ignored when there is only 1 person ahead of you. That 1 person. Was also complaining that they screwed up their order. Definitely turned me off so walked out.

Lots of changes at Tropical Smoothie from a year ago. In fact they no longer offer anything to drink except smoothies. Don't go if your thirsty.

VERY SLOW SERVICE! About 10 employees working no one in the drive thru and dining room I walked in and there was a furious customer who was complaining about how the cashier got his order wrong on the receipt. I didn't get acknowledged by anyone, everyone was just starring at the guy complaining about his receipt! There were 2 cash register's so it's not like no one could've taken my order. I waited 15 minutes! I just walked out after that much time of standing around being completely ignored by a lazy staff.

I use to go here all the time when i started working in the mall. They use to be great i would sometimes get bad smoothies from new people. But it wasnt that bad. This was just last year. The service has been increasingly worse each month and i havnt been there in a couple months and thought i would try it today to see if it got any better. It just keeps going down hill. Everything is way over price i paid $12 something for a wrap that was poorly wraped and fell apart when i tried picking it up. The sunrise sunset i got just tastes like ice with very little flavor and i got a side of kale slaw. Which is just a couple smale kale peices with apple and carrots. Both drive through and inside are always slow even if theres not many people waiting. And none of them ever put in or know about the mall discount for people who work in the plaza.
