Friendly's

Very short-staffed for a busy weekend night. The music hall had performances and of course people will go to the eateries close by afterward. It was very busy and most of the time we only saw one server waiting on tables. He was very nice, but frazzled as he tried to keep up. We did see a second server, but two servers for a packed restaurant aren't enough. Also, while the tables were busy, no one was greeting the people coming in. The servers must double as hostess. I saw people leave after waiting too long to just be seated. The food was good, but barely warm when it finally got to us because I imagine it had been sitting while the server ran around. My daughter got chicken tenders and fries and it was just kinda tossed on a plate. Sadly, this is not the first time we've found the place in chaos like this. We've been there before and left because it took way too long to get someone to actually wait on us at the table. It's too bad because there isn't very many Friendly's around. Needs some help.

It's a nostalgic place for us😊 We usually go with a coupon because prices are not comparable to the food they serve!!! I can take my family to Applebees for a steak dinner for the same price!!! But it's still worth the nostalgia of being "Friendly's" the kids love getting just ice creams here in summer time too!!!😊

Service was excellent. Waiter was cheerful and friendly. Food was tasty and satisfying. Had a $5 coupon which was a nice gift. Would go again!

Good food and service AND on a cold snowy day it was warm with NO AC running. Much appreciated!
