IHOP

We've been into this location (which is local to us) a few times since it opened. We've always had slow service. At first we attributed it to being a green staff and growing pains but now it's just unacceptable. Today we were in and they had only two staff working the floor. One was doing double duty as host. We were seated immediately but it then took a very long time for someone to come for our drink order. At that point we were ready to order everything. Our food was average/typical ihop food. It then took another long while for someone to bring us the bill. It would seem a couple additional staff would help this problem as the existing staff seemed very overloaded. All together it was well over an hour for a meal of breakfast food for two adults and a 3yo. The bathroom was also in need of some attention. This wasn't surprising given the staffing level.

This IHop is really just BAD. Our server never introduced him self, then we waited 20 minnutes to get our drinks. After being here for an hour we are still waiting for our food. Take the drive to newington so you dont starve.

Stopped in after 40 years. What a great meal..pot roast entree and a crusted chicken entree Both were wonderful in flavor and amount. The side salad that came with the dinners was simple but fresh and of ample size.

We had a bad experience! Food was good but the service was terrible! Our server smelled like smoke and when we asked to speak to a manager because of the smell,we were informed she was the manager on duty! Won't go back to this location!!
