Terrible experience. We went as a family of 4 to use our TMobile Coupons. We were so excited because we had never been and figured if we liked it we could definitely go back. The coupon said you could order online or at the store. My son was having a hard time downloading the app so we went in person. The first girl at the counter seemed confused. At one point while we were talking she walked away. Another girl comes to the register and asks if she can help. I said “oh that young lady was already helping us, not sure if she already entered the order” to which she replied that the previous girl didn’t know how to do it and that’s why she was there. thats fine but the first person could’ve said she was getting someone instead of just walking away mid conversation. ‍Anyway, so I try placing our order again. I can take no for an answer but the way she informed me that she couldn't help apply the coupon without the app was just rude. she wasnt tryint to help at all and there was nobody behind us at that moment so it wasnt like we were holding up the line. I said no worries and just paid for his. They definitely need to train their employees better on customer service.
Love this place. Perfect place to get some custom made healthy smoothie at a very affordable price. They also have some sandwich options. My order was ready in less than 10 min. Very cooperative staff.
A friend recommended this place to me, so I went. I order my food online. They have different type of smoothies and a limited choice of food. The smoothies that I selected was a pomegranate plunge and I also ordered some food that was a supergreen caesar wrap. When I finish my order online it said the order will be completed in 10 minutes. That was perfect because that is how long it take me to get there. When I arrive they have an area to pickup the food that was order online. When I check, there is a received with the name with your last name and is that your name that is your order. It was easy and the best part the smoothies and the food tasted delicious. I definitely will go there again.
Horrible. You place an online to go order ahead of time and when you get there it still takes them over 30 minutes to make, they don't even care that your just sitting there waiting like you don't have anywhere to be and lunch break doesn't end. If you have a job and want to stop for lunch this is not the place.
This place is healthy and I love their food! Their smoothies are so delicious!
It doesn't take much to cut the fat off of the chicken - I ordered grilled chicken, not a baked chicken dinner. Lost my appetite...
Slow service and got served the wrong items. In the midst of waiting for 20 minutes I watched an older employee yell at the younger employees for no other reason than the fact they were having a conversation. However, the kids making the smoothies worked faster and harder than that woman. Asked for where my order was again 20 minutes later and was given an attitude by that employee. I haven't heard back from the store either.
A friend of mine went here to order for me he told the cashier who was on this day no pineapple. When called back due to pineapple being in the smoothie he chuckled. I’m allergic .
As a frequent customer I am very disappointed, today yall made my girlfriend sad with a poor tasting smoothie, get it together… I’ll fix this review once you guys redeem yourself next time we order again.
I wish no stars was allowed. Horrible customer service no one acknowledged that customers were in the front of the store. Staff on their cell phones in front of customers. Disgusting service won't be back.
