The worst service ever here. Was left waiting at counter for 10 min to order with no line. Both burgers were made wrong. It will be a long time before I return to many other resturants to choose from to settle for the poor quality and service.
Route 66 is best hamburger in this world. Lol.
Cheap food at high prices and the service in the seated section in the providence place mall is horrible. We asked 3 times for our fries and when we finally got them it was the wrong order. Won't go again
Awful, awful, awful! Took 30 minutes to get our simple order. Than it was incomplete, when we finally say down to eat it was RAW!
Love their shakes! I tried the mushroom burger and loved that too. I just wish they had a bigger dinning area.

Coffee malt, burger with onion rings barbecue sauce and bacon on it, sided by hot fresh fries. Heaven. I miss the juke box actually working tho
