I walked into the office with a completely blank mind, not knowing where I wanted to go, just to get ideas, price etc. I sat down with Monique and within a very short amount of time, Monique had me pointed in the right direction! She was patient, very knowledgeable and offered really great advice! I left feeling very confident that I made the right decision for my trip, which I ended up booking. I will defiantly be using Monique again for future trips! She was awesome to deal with!!

I recently booked a trip to Cuba with Heather and she was very helpful with everything. We knew what to expect from going to Cuba so no issues there, and Heather was great with setting up a hotel that met our needs prior to leaving and arranging travel insurance for my sister was all taken care of very quickly . We are very happy with our experience and look forward to booking our next trip with Heather . Thank you!!

I have dealt with Colleen Stephenson for all of my vacations. I followed her to trip central when I booked my last vacation on Tuesday. Every time I go see her, she is so friendly and makes me feel very important. With all the questions I have she answers them with a smile on her face. I trust her opinions on which resorts to pick and she always stays within my budget. I always highly recommend Colleen.

I loved dealing with Monique, my friend called her to book a trip to Panama for 4 of us and I got an email right away asking for our personal info and to call her for CC info. very easy to book and rec'd confirmation right away. would definitely use tripcentral again! Can't wait for January!

Having Heather Felice as my travel agent at Trip Central in Orangeville has been A++ I have had the pleasure of dealing with her for the past couple of years. She recently helped me organize a last minute vacation when time was running out for me on a 48hour price special. She spent some of her personal time to make sure I was able to book this vacation deal before it expired. Heather works hard for her clients and i feel i can count on her kindness and experience when planning my vacations. Thanks again for all your help!

Colleen at Trip Central was extremely helpful in helping us choose our trip south. We had a few places picked out which turned out to be not the best choices. Colleen with her experience directed us to a resort that was better suited for us while still keeping in our price range. We will surely use Trip Central on our next trip.

I booked a trip with Monique Kwirant and received nothing but terrible customer service following the booking. I have contacted Monique with several questions regarding my trip after booking with her and she completely ignored me. It would be my first time travelling to an all Inclusive alone and had no idea what to expect or where to find my shuttle and emailed Monique and even left her a voicemail and again, was ignored. I must've sent her at least 5 emails and voice mails following the booking and received no response. I travel at least twice a year but will never book with her again or recommend her to anyone based on the terrible customer service I have received from her. She leaves nothing but a bad reputation for Tripcentral which is unfortunate because clearly she just takes her commission and does not care about her clients. If you are planning to book with Tripcentral, DO NOT BOOK WITH MONIQUE KWIRANT.

I wasn't at the physical part of the store where my family and friends booked, but they told me how lovely Heather the travel agent who helped them was, and how easy and smooth things went. Couldn't be happier and I look forward to my trip to St. Lucia!

This Trip Central deserves a 1 star. We we're planning our wedding with Bev Johnston @ the Orangeville location for around 40-45 people probably more. She sent us a price for our trip we just couldn't say no too - I even went back to another travel agent to see if they could beat it and that travel agent had said they couldn't and had no idea how they got such a good price to me this should've been a red flag but with Bev saying she had over 18 years experience in the business i assumed she may have had more "push" for a better price. I also confirmed pricing 4-5 times in email to make sure that was the correct price. We had put our credit card down and we were waiting for a confirmation that we are OK to go ahead and send invites ... turns out she quoted us wrong and the actual price was 20% higher or $260 pp MORE! I work in sales as well and if i make a mistake like that the company usually has to take the hit for me... and with 18 years experience you should NOT be making that big of a mistake. I have tried to call the Regional Manager Debbie Wright for 2 days now - left voicemail's and still no call back. this is OUR WEDDING DAY! one of the most important days of our lives and they really do not care about their clients at all!
