Before we listed our home with Team Graham, they did their research and shared comparables in our neighbourhood that not only included prices, but important details such as square footage, updates, location etc. Every interaction was professional, yet personal. Exceptional attention to detail and a wealth of knowledge about the current real estate climate. Karen's interior design credentials certainly helped with staging, coupled with the high quality photos and videos, they ensured our home was well showcased, and as a result, our home sold quickly at a price above what we thought reasonable in today's market.
