A business that never answers the phone to enable a new potential client to ask a few questions and states in its voicemail greeting "please do not leave a message" gets a heavy thumbs down.

The previous review is an unfortunate example of an entitled person destroying an extraordinary reputation. Trina is an excellent businessperson, and she is the most consistently well reviewed RMT in Richmond.

Excellent massage therapist. Location is convenient just of the freeway and is clean and there is air conditioning.  I have done several other therapist in the Vancouver and Trina is the best. Very knowledgeable and able to work all the right spots to fix a nagging back and hip pain.

Great pressure. She's professional and organized. Able to carry on a great, well rounded conversation or just work on you and enjoy the silence. Will definitely book again.
