Bought the most expensive chair in the Rihcmond store, very horrible shopping experiance, paid in full and wait for one month for the delivery but at the last minute of delivery a rough voice of call to me told the delivery has to be posponded for another week because lots people order ahead of me ??? also she told me that I have no option because I paid in full.
Love the brand, but OSIM NA support doesn’t live up to their brand status. As a Singaporean we are always proud to support our national brands overseas. Back in Singapore we have never had any issues with the massage rollers for the past 15 years. This Summer we took delivery of 2 chairs uDream and uLove 2. In less than 4 months, the uLove 2 chair has stopped working. While a tech came to replace a part the chair failed within 24hrs. Now the Customer Service Mgr, Arthur, is involved and has given us the must ludicrous excuse ever for the 2nd failure. I quote below: “Its always good to give the massage chair a break in between sessions….OSIM suggested usage duration per session is 15 mins. Recommended not exceed 30 mins per user….Also, giving the massage chair a rest between sessions also prolong the life span of parts of the chair” So in short, the chair has been ‘overused’? I’ve now written to OSIM Singapore for an official reply on operational usage time and weight perhaps?. Will update here when I hear back. Luckily this is within 6 months and my credit card consumer protection will cover replacement costs if needed. Despite not being out of pocket, poor and inexcusable post sales support has left us with a bad taste. If you’ve read this far, might want to consider Panasonic instead.
Have back pain, use Osim. Sat down and never left. Bought it in 10min and you should too.
If you are contemplating buying an OSIM product, DONT! I was the 1st batch of buyers who pre-ordered a $9K uLove massage chair even before their Markville Mall, Ontario opened. The rip along the roller track see photo is only a minor issue, relatively speaking. Less than 4 years into ownership, the uLove model literally stopped working, wouldn't even start with an error code 26. They told me it's the dead main circuit board. To have it replaced, I need to *prepay* a $160 service call charge before they would come and fix it. And they forewarned there could be other parts that need to be replaced. I'm the only one in the house who uses this and I am not a heavyweight person at all. My other 15-year-old Panasonic Ultra is still going strong. Just don't say you haven't been warned!
Just purchased the uSqueez 2 leg massager. It comes in two cute colours and we chose the purple one. Also had the chance to try out the uDream chair in store. It was such a nice and relaxing experience!
It was exciting to experience the full body massage chair. The gentle vibration, pressure, and the spherical rollers worked together for a relaxing 15min massage. Very luxurious machine to have at home. The staff there explained and adjusted the settings for me. Wasn’t looking to buy anything but he was very kind.

I stumble upon Osim, a massage chair and accessories company when I went to the Home Show at BC Place. This peer my curiosity because I was always looking for a massage device that could help me with my back pain. I don't know much about these kinds of thing, but luckily I met Dennis, a salesman at Osim to help educated and informed me about the many benefits these devices could provide to my lifestyle. I walked away that day well informed, with a great product, and a reduction of my back pain. Definitely recommend!
I do not suggest products from osim unless they now have a warranty of some sort. You would think since the chairs are over $6000 That there should be some sort of guarantee of the quality. Shortly after 1 year, the motor broke and the remote control does not turn on the chair. We called and they said they can send out a tech for $200 and whatever part we might need to fix the chair. I ended up just leaving it as it still turns on manually . I'm just extremely disappointed in the quality especially with the extremely high price points I expected better warranty or guarantee some how. Even when I buy a mattress, they stand by the quality they give a 10-year guarantee. By the second year the leather on the back of the chair had began peeling. For the price of the chair, it's absolutely not worth it. The quality is so bad. I'm so disappointed because my grandma's OSIM massage chair in Hong Kong lasted over 10 years in excellent quality
First time using these two, and feeling very very comfortable as it provides multiple functions that’s very useful. Price reasonable especially with its functions provided.
