These guys are just amazing.  I made some big orders this month and some last minute changes on my end happened which I added smaller items.  I was obviously charged shipping fees for the added items outside of the orders over 300$.   Not only did they refund me the separate shipping costs and add everything together in one large order, They shipped them with an unknown boring tunnel from BC to ON because that package came to my door in under 15 hours!!  They were also great to talk to on the phone when some items were no longer available and worked around me.  Outside of Toronto airsoft, these guys are the real deal.

Fast shipping, great quality items. Asked question regarding GBBR and was replied with very detailed answer, great service. Wishing for the best luck that bill does not go through and hope to continue doing business with them in the near future.

Automatic 5 Stars, haven’t gone to the shop because I live close by and I’m always busy but I heard service was great, Prices and deals, and overall  Airsoft being a welcoming and fun community. I’ll definitely buy some gear and resources for upcoming games in the weekend!

Front counter service was fantastic, but don’t try to claim warranty if you have any issues. I bought a glock18 with the extended mag. The mag wasn’t feeding, so I took it in. They told me I broke the feed lip, and they wouldn’t do anything for me. I took it home and swapped the lip, and it didn’t fix the issue. The “broken” lip worked fine on a different mag because it isn’t broken. The pellets are jamming in the body of the mag because the gap is too wide. It is an issue with the mag itself. It’s nothing to do with the feed lip. They won’t do anything for me, even after I’ve spent over $6,000 with them in the past month. I will be buying my future airsoft gear elsewhere.  Update: they have replaced the faulty mag.

First time purchasing from Trigger. Made an order for some parts and the shipping was very fast. It arrived at my door 2 days after the purchase was made. I will be making future purchases with trigger.

Amazing store, has been stock up from here for 3 years. Always good service and has EVERYTHING I want. People work there also play airsoft and always give professional advices.

Been to their store, in person, twice, and made purchases both times. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable by my experience I'm a novice as far as airsoft is concerned. Priced well. Good product selection also.

Have been shopping there couple times, from airsoft guns, bbs, gas, to accessories. really enjoy talking to the friendly staffs as I just get into the airsoft game since early July. One staff helped me to choose my first airsoft gun and love it ever since. Wishing they have more WWII style Airsoft in future~~
