Prime Physiotherapy & Sports Rehabilitation Centre

I came here to this clinic because they had several physiotherapist who are fcampt certified but was very disappointed. I agree with other reviews about the "clinical director/owner" more interested in watching soccer and chatting it up with other staff rather than providing care to clients. He specifically told the staff to turn off the radio and turn on the TV so they can watch the soccer game. There was no curtain or privacy was given during treatment, I'm assuming they don't want to use it because it would block their views from watching the game. He mentioned that they like to keep the atmosphere of the office relaxed but it was just an excuse so they can all watch the soccer game. The initial assessment felt rushed because they over booked and he had to see other clients. However, I still came back for a follow up treatment to check if it would be a different experience. It was actually worst because he was more focused on the game than my treatment. The treatment was just a variety of stretches. Definitely not coming back.

This place is always busy and for good reason - they get results. The therapists are focused on getting you back to normal as soon as possible. They do not keep you for as long as possible or until your benefits run out. They use state of the art techniques to get you normal in the shortest time. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Great atmosphere, and positive team makes the process enjoyable. This place is my go-to.

Would not recommend as my first choice. Staff chat with one another and barely pay attention to patient at hand. The owner is very aggressive and inflicts more pain than relief during physio, whilst watching soccer on TV. Other physio locations provide privacy (ie: curtains surrounding EACH patient) and not just have you sit or lay down in the open while those walking by have a view of your discomfort and awkward physio positions you're required to get into.

Friendly and professional staff Helped me recover from a soccer knee injury. And the massage there is awaome 👌🏼
