When i made the appointments 2 for preventative care, office staff never told me they don’t participate with my insurance. They told me to pay at time of service out of pocket and submit my own claims for reimbursement. I did and received MUCH LESS back from insurance than what I paid. I called office to say no one told me they didn’t participate with my insurance at the time of making appointments. She argued with me insisting i was told that. I told her i wouldn’t have made appointments if someone told me obviously. Very disappointed with being misinformed by them.

We had a few problems with this office. Mainly our problem was that they say certain things will be covered by the insurance like X-rays then we got billed for it because they don’t actually make sure things are covered before doing the procedures. Also, the dental hygienist is extremely rough when cleaning teeth. Both me and my husband noticed she’s aggressive to the point that the dentist asked me if I wanted numbing medication for the cleaning and recommended I get two separate cleaning sessions, which no dentist has ever recommended to me in the past.
