Wendy and her team are phenomenal! She genuinely cares about her patients and is a loyal dentist. She and her team make the experience much easier and stress free than any other previous dentist I’ve been to! Hands down better than Finger Lakes Dental!!!

My teenage son got a cavity filled at Dr. Marshall’s office and it was about as easy/positive as it could be. Because of the great care he has gotten over the past few years there, he wasn’t fearful going in and he wasn’t traumatized coming out of the filling session. Dr. Wendy and all the hygienists have a fantastic chair-side manner and the office staff is buttoned up - best Dental practice around!

I tend to have very high anxiety whenever I have entered a dentist's office due to past experiences as a child but Dr Wendy and all her staff always make me feel comfortable and calm anytime I have gone there! Everyone is very friendly and I even noticed in my bills that I received after my insurance paid that Dr. Wendy gave me several discounts which was awesome being that I have such a large family to tend to where doctors and dentists are concerned. I have always had kind and courteous service at Marshall Dental Care of Victor. Their service makes it a pleasurable experience to go to the dentist. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a caring environment when they go to the dentist. Not enough superlatives to describe this experience. I was taken on an emergency basis, not rushed, thoughtfully helped and left feeling that I now had a doctor that would be there for me always and at any time. The office was beautiful and immaculate. Can honestly state that I look forward to my return visit.
