RPCN Rushville Community Health Center

I do not recommend this dental facility. They double bill medicaid and seem to think that A person should have to wait 4 months to be seen by a dental hygienist because the dental hygienist had to cancel my appt, yet again due to whatever issue,,the office staff seem to think that they are above loosing their jobs. They need to be more humble and less prideful because time is money and when an individual has to cancel an appt. that seems to be a different story then the individual has to pay a cancellation fee. Doctors and nurses are great the issue is with the office staff and the people who answer the phones and make appts. really lack in professionalism I have been going here for almost 15 years.

I have gone there for years for dental and just recently started going there for medical. I have always loved my dentist and the doctor was great too. In the past I have had trouble reaching the office by phone but they must have gotten a new phone system because it has improved dramatically. Kudos to their staff!!

I have been with Dr Dickenson and have been treated like a person instead of just another patient. The staff is amazing and can honestly say that I could not be more pleased 😆

The doctors are wonderful and the staff is great, other than they NEVER called me or my mom back with any results, following appointments, or anything. It irritates me when they dont call back. How am i supposed to know if something is wtong or not.

Dr. Johnson is awesome. I have always been terrified of the dentist and spent many years living in fear about my teeth. Dr. J is very calming, informative and gentle. His staff is always very friendly. While I still don't like having my teeth worked on, here I feel comfortable and have addressed all previous dental issues with zero pain and low stress. I haven't used the medical side, only the dental.
