Yes I had to pay a bill. Yes I owed the money just had issues that were more important to do. I called TSA up and was pleasant with the customer service representative....people have to remember the 1st person you talk to can only do certain things. ..people seem to always trash the people who answer your call. Don't chew on them, I've found out that if you're nice and pleasant with the low person in the loop you'll have a more pleasant experience and they're more likely to help. Remember calls are recorded and they type in notes for the next person to see. As for my call it was very pleasant and went smooth. The customer service representative was very polite and helpful. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is I had to pay money and nobody is perfect.
