Great after purchase service. I just took a course for how to take care of a spa for a house I moved into for free. The spa was purchased by the previous owner 5 years ago and they still have me a crash course. Not bad. Hopefully understanding it will get easier over time.

I appreciated the transparency of the sales rep, great follow ups on service rendered. I would absolutely recommend Trevi to a friend or family member for their great service so far. Compared to their competition they definitely offer a better customer experience. It is also a plus that the product is local!

We had excellent service for the purchase of our new spa.  Our representative took the time and explained every aspect from the technical specifications to delivery and installation.  We definitely recommend Trevi Laval.
