I bought my pool 5 years ago, I'm having trouble getting it started... have had them out two times, The service department doesn't work on Saturday to help... always have to wait until Monday and then they don't give you a time, just that they'll call when they plan to have someone in the area. I love my pool, I would just love it if response time was faster... pool season is so short! But still thinking of fibro for New house.

These guys a have great product, fibreglass pool, and are pretty much the only ones in the area offering it. The salesmen will tell you how they are a family business, provide the best warranty and have great customer satisfaction. While I still like the product I purchased, I have been extremely disappointed with the service. When my pool was installed two years ago, I took the day off to watch the installation. One of their claims is that they install the pool in 1 day which they did. While that sounds great, it also has its drawbacks in that it must be done in one day even when things go wrong. In my case they ran out of material and made no effort to get more. They ran out of clean stone that they use to make the base for the pool and backfill around the pool. I guess they dug out too big a hole! However, rather than get some stone in the afternoon or the next day, they back filled about a quarter of the perimeter of my pool with some of the dirt they had dug out but not yet hauled away. When I complained, they said it really make no difference and that the stone on the side was not absolutely necessary. Rather than object and insist I kept quiet and now regret it. I had the pool deck finished with pavers (by someone else, Fibro does not offer this service) the next spring which means I let the backfill around the pool settle for over six months. Sure enough within one year on installing the pavers, the pavers on the side of the pool where the back fill was done with dirt, have moved. The deck is wavy, the water the does not drain properly and puddles form when it rains. I also ordered a gas pool heater at installation. This is another issue they really give me a hard time with. I wanted my heater placed in a certain location close to a cement wall, but they insisted that it should be place so many inches from the wall according to regulations. I had researched this quite a bit before ordering the pool and had seen several installations. So I quickly printed the government regulations on the web clearly showing that what I wanted was in conformance. They then claimed that it was the manufacture specifications that said otherwise. At this point, I opened the installation manual they provided with the heater and showed them it was the same as the government regulations. They still refused to accept my premise. In the end, I got it installed like I wanted but only after I sign a waiver that I forgo the warranty on the heater. Once the job is done at the end of the day, they give you a survey to fill out. I wrote and complained about these installation issues above, but never got a follow up on this. All this to say that I am less than impressed with the service fibro provides. In my opinion, there service is terrible. I have called a few times for service issues since then and they are generally abrasive and rude. I recently called to inquire about getting a hole fixed in the gelcoat that appeared this summer due to air bubble in fiberglass before the gelcoat. They offer a full 25 year warranty on the pool finish. The sales representative seemed genuinely annoyed that I called during the fall for such a problem. As if I am suppose to know that gelcoat fixes are to be done in the middle of summer due to heat, which of course coincidence nicely with the fact that they have no pool opening or closures to do that time of year. While I still like the product I purchased, I have been extremely disappointed with the service. Remember these pools are expensive and you are paying a premium price for supposedly a premium product; however, in my opinion the service is anything but premium.

Bon produit. Le service à la clientèle, par contre, laisse à désirer. Pas de département pour les pièces. Lumières led défectueuses après 5 ans. Il est impossible de les remplacer. Il faut défaire et refaire le pavé... peu remplacer des lumières!!! Mon conseil: si tu veux du clé en main, va ailleurs

bons produits mais service bof... Bizarre une compagnie qui empêche les avis sur Facebook ou les effaces... Ça veut tout dire!
