The best bang for your buck! They are fast, and professional! Every question we had was answered and we feel really confident in their expertise. My taxes were fairly straightforward but my boyfriend's were a nightmare. 2012-2014 and a LOT more work as he is self employed, they were fantastic!

I found out about this place from Groupon. I brought my forms here to get my taxes complete by an accountant and was instead dealing with someone who seemed to have no experience. The "accountant" sat in the back office talking on the phone. Anytime I had a tax related question, the person helping me could never answer it and would have to wait until the "accountant" was done talking on the phone. Not to mention I could barely understand anyone that worked here because I only speak English. This was a mjaor problem for me when dealing with something as important as taxes. After dealing with them for over 2 weeks, giving them authorization with the CRA, and bringing in my forms, my taxes were still far from complete. I complained to the "accountant" about not getting helped properly and he rudely talked down to me, and excused his behavior. I grabbed my forms back and left without a refund (which they would not offer). I highly recommend anywhere else but here, because of the severe lack of professionalism and communication I faced. This was a terrible waste of money, but I'm glad I went somewhere else to get my taxes done and not constantly worry something was done wrong due to the "accountant" not speaking English well and having the CRA coming after me.
