Thank you Jaspal Bains for having my back, you are the man, thank you for being patient with me and understanding along the process as well as transparent and putting my needs first! This is the absolute BEST place to go for any tax reason whatsoever! I am talking 100% from my own personal experience. Excellent service. Our returns are always processed in a very timely manner. Would definitely recommend them.

Told me they filed my return, they DIDN'T ACTUALLY FILE MY RETURN FOR 2 MORE YEARS resulting in $7000 in fines for me. When I asked how such an error could have occurred, they cited my low intelligence as the problem, not their disastrous procedural ineptness. Just found out from the CRA there was another discrepancy in reported income on another return they did. When I looked in the envelope of financial statements THESE ACCOUNTANTS sent back to me, I found 2-3 months worth of financial statements that had not been entered. Bringing the total fines to $8000, $7000 in blatant lies, and $1000 in complete lack of competence. They call me once a year to ask for my business, and once a year I tell them exactly why they'll NEVER HAVE IT AGAIN.
