Very bad experience. Do not care who comes in first. They don’t follow the first come first serve thing. The only thing they want is money and don’t care about the customers. person who is at reception... she is nice when you are new but then later on people.... she is rude. V.rude. Don't go A1 accounting they are not professional at all very unprofessional response for queries and carelessly handled my taxes as a consequence i had to get it reassessed and an extra 2 month wait for it now they didnt even tried to correct it on request and he disconnect my phone and Said I don’t have time and had to visit another firm Wasted my money for their services. Don’t go for tax there it’s my suggestion.

A1 accounting file my income tax wrong. It is very unprofessional for customer service. They talked to people in Indian language and they don't respect other people with different language. They keep about 15 people inside their office without social distance. I don't recommend anybody.

Very bad experience when we went to file taxes . Guy have no customer service tact . He never confirmed any information and keep asking how would we like to pay for service he was in rush to attend people waiting after us ... and done half work and keep asking us to pay... when we asked to finish all work which we want him to do he want us to come again because he want to attend next customer money minded ... its almost 10 days we keep phoning them but no work done and he took my original papers . Don't go A1 accounting they are not professional at all ...thumb down... Updating after a year later... he didnt file our tax we come to know this year end he didnt file our last year business tax... very worst service

Worst experience ever in Canada. Plz people save yourself from going there. They don’t care for your time. Super rude staff, they only and only want money. CRA told me that they never received my reassessment letter and in the first place reassessment was needed b’coz Navdeep didn’t file it properly. He did accept that it was his fault that’s why he had to send for reassement. He was so busy doing other things and didn’t listen at all so when I said I have tuition fees + RRSP.... guess what he didn’t put those and only my T4. I called CRA. I feel such people’s license should be banned or there should be strict steps against it. Also Samina the person who is at reception... she is nice when you are new but then later on people.... she is rude. V.rude. I feel CRA should come and do a surprise testing.

Excellent service, reasonable fees for tax filing. I will again go to them.

Worst accountant I have seen in Edmonton. They say that they are A1 but they should name their accounting Ltd as A0 .they don't worth more than zero even they will do your loss. Staff has so much attitude and ego. Koi nvaa aaya student ehna de kol na bhul bhulekhe chla jayo

Phoned on Thursday, told gentleman who didnt even introduce himself on the phone that we would be there ar 12 for an appointment which he said was fine. Show up at 11.55, wait until 1210, office door is locked and there's other people waiting outside. Leave because he has obviously booked two other appointments at the same time. Call him and he says he's been inside the locked office the whole time i knocked the door when we arrived absolute joke of a man.

I called, the guy on the phone just says hello. Not good morning, not A1 accounting... I had to actually ask if I was calling A1 accounting. The guy sounded so depressed on the phone that I may have been interrupting a suicide attempt. If that's the basis of their business model, I'll go to one of the many other places that actually have some form of customer service... NEXT.
