No complaints about clean rooms or friendly staff. Don't expect to sleep in past 7am however during snowmobile season.

I liked it. I'm staying for couple months for work. Staff is nice and helpful. I've asked them for various things in odd times and they helped me out. Such as tea, condiments, utensils and etc. Breakfast from 630-930am. 10-15 minutes drive from downtown of North Bay. Descent place for descent rates.

The entire hotel smells of stale cigarette smoke. We tried several rooms on opposite ends of the hotel and they were all the same. I'd stay clear if you have asthma. Fast wifi, and what you'd expect for a continental breakfast. The hotel is on the old side and the furniture shows it. The double bed we had was comfy.

Very comfortable rooms, yummy breakfast... but I've got to say the telephone service is OUTSTANDING. Each time I call to book a room, I hand up feeling refreshed and looking forward to my trip. Thanks Lily!
