Reviews
The Tranzac is the best kind of Toronto institution. Live music 365 days a year, member run, the very definition of welcoming. Not the prettiest place you can go, but certainly among the most genuinely artistic and authentic. If you haven't been yet, do go!
Long Winter was such a fun event!
great place, ambiance, friendly staff!!
A space with multiple venues and an eclectic mix of musical performances.
First Impression was a unique experience. Community centre vibe on the outside and robust biz-Art vibe on the inside. Perfect location for a small ambiance gathering or theatrical event. Loved it will be back soon.
It's a good place to check out music. There's a small and intimate open Mic every Monday starting at 8 pm. It's always nice to either perform or hear good acts. This is one of several performance spaces in the Tranzac.
Good old fashioned licensed community club with multi size music venues under one roof and lots of live music.
About as far as you can get from a glossy brochure. A place where music and theater is not only performed, but also created. Together with community events, it is a place every city should have.
A vital Toronto Institution with much history and an integral part of many musical communities.
