I made a panchakarma (cleansing) in Transformation Ayurvedic Center. Bita is wonderful person, treated me with respect, listened to my goals and was opened to all my questions and concerns.
Great place with awesome people!

We all dream about life without disease and we are all about prevention. We try endlessly all types of diets, eat whatever they say it's healthy but still end up at the clinic. I was doing the same and ended up with high blood pressure and beginning of diabetes at only 35 years old. Doctors say once you start high bood pressure pills it's for life. But mow for me, not anymore!!! I've met Bita and with her amazing knowledge in Ayurvedic science I managed to turn things around in a few months (even stopped taking the high blood pressure pills). I cannot decribe in words how grateful I am. Now I know what I can eat and when to make sure I am not damaging my internal organs and keeping my body and mind balanced. Thank you Bita from the bottom of my heart!

My experience at Transformation Ayurvedic Canter has been exceptional! The center feels like home.  Bita’s presence is calming and positive.  My treatments have helped with my anxiety, balance in life, and an affirmative energy that helps me see things more clearly.

I have had problems with my knees for the last 8 years. Bita’s therapeutic yoga class is tailored to clients with injuries so I am able to practice yoga which is so beneficial for my legs. I also feel so peaceful in her class - she reminds me to leave my problems at the door and connect with the universe. Concentrate on the breath and breathe out the stress. Excellent teacher.

Bita is one of the best if not THE best Ayurvedic practitioners in the Montreal area. I saw her for a hormone imbalance that was causing me acne and other problems. Within 2 weeks of the Ayurvedic program that Bita suggested my acne stopped. It cleared completely within 2 months and has never came back (after 20 years of suffering from it). With her suggestions my other hormonal issues are also showing signs of improvement. I strongly recommend this  center for those who are ready to take real steps to bringing their life into balance.
