Had a great experience with Erin Hettle as our agent. From first impression through to resolving a final billing issue with the car rental company, Erin was a pleasure to deal with. She is courteous, knowledgeable, professional and shared an exceptional sense of humour. We were so pleased with the level of service, and highly recommend her.

Wow, just got back from the most amazing trip to Cabo! We booked it with Erin Hettle! Shout out to her for not only pricing out many vacation "ideas" over the past year, and answering all of my last minute questions until the moment we departed. My wife and I booked a UniWorld River Cruise through Joanne Poirier, Senior Travel Consultant, With Transat Travel, Northgate Centre, Edmonton. Joanne’s extensive knowledge and years of experience in the travel industry made our trip exceptional. She responded with answers to our questions and provided suggestions that would make our river cruise experience all the more exciting. Stopped at this location to see about booking a vacation. Two employees were there, one with people and the other on her computer. After a few minutes the person on the computer turned to us and said that the other employee would be with us shortly. A couple of minutes went by and the employee that was working with the other people turned to us and said she was working on a visa and would be busy for 20-25 minutes. She then said we prefer you make an appointment but you can wait. We chose not to wait not because of it being 25 minutes but because of the way we were spoken to. She was quite rude and treated us like we were a bother to her. Since there is nothing on their website or at the entrance of the store about having to make appointments we were at a loss as to why she was so snotty towards us. Our business was obviously not wanted so we will not be back.

The 2 Erin's were fantastic to deal with . They went above and beyond. I travel alot and will use them for every trip going forward

We have booked trips with Christine, both before and during covid. Her suggestions have been helpful and led to memorable experiences we might not otherwise have enjoyed. Her assistance, and that of Erin too, when changes need to be made while traveling, has been greatly appreciated.

Erin Hettle recently booked a package vacation for 5 of us to Las Vegas. We originally had one hotel in mind, but she recommended a different one due to location and the swimming pool. The kids absolutely loved it as did the adults. It was perfect. She was super helpful and great to deal with. Answering all our little questions and concerns, as this was our first time travelling since COVID. She got us a great deal and made sure all the details were taken care of so all we had to do was enjoy our holiday. Will definitely use her for future travel plans. Thanks for everything Erin!
