We met with Tami Lingrell, Travel Counsellor, Sherwood Park AMA, a few days ago regarding a number of HA cruises. Tami is so knowledgeable and helpful - her enthusiasm for cruise adventures matches ours! Tami’s understanding of the cruise sector and her sleuthing for connecting cruises is amazing! Tami knows the 2022 HA deals/perks now and has her finger on the cruise pulse for 2023! We very much appreciate Tami “navigating” the logistics on our behalf. Tami has the expertise - We know the cruise packages will be wonderful!

I've been shopping around for a cruise and talked to a few other travel agents and got quotes from them for free before talking to an AMA agent. They wanted to charge me $99 non-refundable to just get a quote! I was shocked that I already pay for a membership and that doesn't even included getting a travel quote! Definitely not happy they want MORE money so I won't be booking through them. Also, another travel agent found me a 10 day cruise in my budget and the AMA person let it slip that she didn't think I could get a cruise longer than 7 days with my budget... not sure why I bother with this membership anymore.

Great staff, they clean after each client. Helpful as well. Big plus there's so much things you can deal with in one spot. I recommend AMA to anyone looking into all of you're vehicle needs. If you're a member there's some pretty sweet deals too, on food, maintenance, vacations, etc...

We were booked through Joye Wichuk for a vacation in Mexico. We have never been out of the country before, didn’t even have passports. She walked us through every step before and during our trip. Spent a great deal of time and effort making sure we were taken care of throughout the entire experience. Totally recommend.

Have you ever tried to phone AMA Travel? Can't be done! I sat on "ignore" for 45 minutes one day and half an hour the next. I give up!

AMA is fantastic. They hire very friendly and helpful people. I love that I can buy gift cards to pay for things I normally buy and I get money back towards my membership!! It's a one-stop shop for so many things!!

I just had to pay my renewal fee and was fast tracked to an agent . Thanks for that. Always someone to greet you and help out. Some other lines can be a long wait.
