This is a very clean environment and the staff is very kind.I took my Van there for ignition problems my dash was already apart Steve fixed the problem and even put my dash back together.I will continue to use them to fix my vehicles.Thank you so much

Steve runs a tight ship. He knows vehicles inside and out and can diagnose the weirdest problems. He doesn't do bandaid fixes without telling you the overall picture. I've been taking my vehicles here for years.

Compared prices after my quote and that are quite overpriced. They had very kind service and a full schedule at the time.

So my car was starting rough, and I took it to Steve's to get fixed because I had in the past. They are good guys in and of themselves, but on this visit I didn't feel like they tried. Now when I say my car was starting rough, it didn't act like a bad starter or battery, the power was fine, and it would turn over, it just sounded like it had a hard time getting there, which I communicated to them over the phone. When I took it in, Steve's said it was my battery, and when I asked why they said it was the wrong type of battery that's been in my car. Which in my mind maybe made sense, but I'd had the car for over a year, why would that matter now? After questioning them, they said it was the issue and that they'd been testing it that afternoon and it's been fine, so I believed them. They also suggested an oil change which I needed anyway, so I went forward with that. In total I paid about 300 bucks. Because of when I get off work, I asked them to leave the keys for me in the car to get it, and when I went to start my car, it still started rough--nothing was different. I though maybe I was wrong, but the next three times I tried starting it, it still started rough. Cool. It was a Friday, so I left them a message, and they never returned a call. After driving it around for a few days seeing no change, I took my car to a different shop in town where we discovered that it wasn't the battery but a faulty temperature gauge which was telling my engine to cool down when it didn't need to. This also caused my car to push more gasoline through when it didn't need to which was leaking into my oil. So that oil change from Steve's? Pointless. I had to get another oil change and fix the temperature gauge which all together was 50 bucks cheaper from this place then from Steve's who's work was just a waste of time and money. So I rate them one out of five for what seemed like a lack of trying. Again, great guys, I just wouldn't return there again.

Steve's Auto Care was great to our family! Our son was driving through to college and broke down. Turns out he had no breaks left on his car. Steve went right to work and made sure to help him get on the road in the same day. He and his wife went above and beyond in helping our son while he was there also. Gave us great comfort to know someone was able to help him out since we are in Ohio and couldn't be there. Definitely saved us a trip! Thanks to Steve and your wife for your help!
