Very rude service. The lady at the desk has no patience to listen to what I am asking. She yelled at me "CAN I HAVE THE LABEL?" I was explaining her, that another bar code needs to be pasted below the label. She was not listening at all.

Poor customer service. Was not apologetic after telling me a delivery date (which I paid extra for) and it not being delivered until days later. Manager was rude and was not willing to anything to make the mistake right.

I pay a little extra to ship here because it means it will be a quick and painless process. I don't have to worry if I have the correct form or grabbed the correct box. The team members are always helpful, friendly and professional. This theme is present across all local levels of the UPS organization including the delivery people and the UPS Customer Center in Bourbon, IN. 5 stars ladies and gents. Thanks!
