Trafalgar Golf And Country Club
"In 1958, Trafalgar Golf Club opened as a private club in Milton, Ontario. The architect was Robbie Robinson, who worked with Stanley Thompson on the construction of Cape Breton Highlands, Westmount, Banff Springs, and dozens of other courses. A group of local business leaders purchased the land and put up the money, but this was to be no ordinary golf club."

Closing for industrial development!!! Unfortunately, we're losing another great gem under the GolfNorth umbrella. Will miss the full membership experience with great layout, extensive practice facilities and the great staff. Check it out before it closes.
Good service and pace of play, that’s about it. The course needs some work, lots of bad patches in the fairways and greens had some pretty sketchy spots on them too that screwed up some putts for me. $80 for 18 holes at 4:15 pm is a little ridiculous too, drop that price a bit and I might return :-
I have never been to a course that harrasses its customers like this one. We were walking, there were 3 of us, and there was a 2some behind us in a cart. Of course they are going to be close behind us. No one was loitering, we finished the course in under 4 hours which is not slow for a walking pace. Marshalls appeared to be very aggresive. They were also hovering around us most of the game. Really took the pleasure out of the game today. I will not be returning nor reccomending this course to anyone. Tell your marshalls they are not police or prison guards. I would like to repeat I have never been harrassed by hovering marshalls like at this place in my life
Greens are decent, but was patchy and some greens were soft. Trying to order is a trip to hell; QR code not working, no one answers either.. Cart girl doesn't make her rounds much either. Such an awful service here. You're better off bringing food and drinks yourself or you'd become a desert lizard out here in the summer. For the price they are charging If it's even going to the course AND kitchen it does not match the quality of service....
Very fast green. Nice.. Except some tee box needs protection from nearby tee box. Nice lay out but little bit expensive. Maybe could be cheaper by $20.00. I was invited by a member so I got $10.00 discount and with power cart, I've paid over $95.00 .. $75 should be appropriate to my standard.. anyway I had good round and was satisfied.
The only good thing about this golf course is that I currently have time to write this review. We are waiting, as we have since the first tee box, on the 16th tee with our round at 4hrs25mins. The food in the clubhouse is atrocious, we’ve seen the cart girl once since we began this marathon, and there is no marshal. There is debris all over the course so it’s impossible to find even a good shot. Don’t waste your time or money here.
Nothing worse than getting pressured unnecessarily by the marshal. We were stuck behind a group of 4 who were in front of us but for some reason the marshal felt he had the need to follow us in the clubhouse after hole 9 to tell us to hurry up. We were waiting for the hotdogs to come out literally a couple of minutes wait before we could get out and go. I would never recommend coming here. Wayyy too overpriced for the patchy course too.
Fair but tricky track. Staff is fantastic. Drinks and food are very reasonably priced. Practice range is Solid- same with putting area. Course is usually in VERY good shape but last August it was really torn up. Good to see it back in great condition this year
It's a fun course that is in good enough condition to enjoy a proper round of golf. Course was in better shape than some other reviews have suggested and the course was green considering the very dry conditions. I would really like to see a 9 hole twilight rate be introduced here. Pace of play was an issue at this course so 18 holes anytime after 4:00pm isnt likely to happen.
What a great course, was lucky enough to be paired with a course pro from there. Fairway conditions were great and they are wide enough to take the driver out: Greens were in excellent shape, not too fast, just enough. Will be back for sure.
