I golf here once a week with my lady's league and have been coming for years. Last year I had the pleasure of watching one of my good friends get a hole in 1. It's a beautiful course nestled along the Niagara escarpment with lots of trees and water. Over the years, we've seen some amazing storms roll in followed by magnificent rainbows. They have power carts available but we typically play 9 holes so it's very walkable. We always stay for dinner after our round as the food and service are excellent. The staff are all very friendly and treat us really well. Most of them know us by name.
This was our first time playing at Granite Ridge Golf Club. The fairways and greens were in very nice shape which we very much appreciated. It's been a rough year for some courses with the lack of rain but Granite Ridge offered us up a very enjoyable day of golfing on their Ruby course. Very pleasant and helpful staff.
Great place. Good customer service, well- cooked food, friendly staff, and good atmosphere in general. The parking lot can have some improvements, like paving and outlining the parking spots. The entrance can be improved as well. I have been to the club multiple times and planning on visiting again in the future. I recommend this place for events, meetings, and weddings if it can be planned here.
A great public course with 36 holes available between their "Ruby" and "Cobalt" courses. Both are overlooked by the Niagara Escarpment, which provides a great backdrop in the fall. We've golfed here on our own, as well as with tournaments and have thoroughly enjoyed both experiences. The staff are consistently welcoming and hospitable, and the food and the space available for groups are both well laid out and spacious. Great spot for a round of golf, a larger event, or both.
What a great course. Conditions were awesome. And the staff were amazing. They really took care of me. Highly recommend this course.
Hidden gem in Milton. Open course so very good for beginners and intermediate players who don't like to lose too many balls. Food could have a better selection but it's a golf course not a restaurant and having 2 18-hole courses makes this place 5 stars for me.
Nice course. We played the Ruby 18 in about 4 hours which is great for weekend golf. It was a very windy day. The14th to 16th holes played very long as they were both into the wind and uphill. I have played the cobalt course a couple of times too. It’s nice as well. The ruby is good for my 12 year old son as it is a shorter course.
I had my wedding here in August and they were SO helpful, they have a beautiful venue. They went above and beyond The food was delicious, the views are beautiful. My guests all loved it.
I won’t share what happened exactly but Lisa was very generous and empathetic. While the resolution wasn’t perfect, she could have done nothing, but decided to help anyhow. Thank you Lisa for your compassion. I would give 5 stars but it was difficult to reach her and I had to drive there to talk. Great experience otherwise
Just toured this place for a membership. Staff on site were super friendly, Liz was valuable for all the info I needed, while Wayne? and Bob made me feel as welcome as a member. Ray, the starter offered great advice on the course. Overall, the course was in great condition even with the many tournaments that they put through here. Teeboxes, greens small &indulating, fairways were sold in excellent shape. Tight course will need you to hit it straight, with less roon for slices. Surprisingly, the heavy play on the remaining course moved well with no backups for a busy Friday. Somebody's doing a great job! Check this course out for a great experience.
