We contacted agent gent Tim Hoar at Tradewinds Reality and he wasted out time showing us a home that had no well but rather cistern system that collects rain water...this is point that should be in their advertising of the property and certainly in the talks that we had with Hoar before making an appointment to view the property...I even asked him why the house wasn't selling after being on the market a long time, he said something about a "moustache molding" The purchase of a new home is a BIG deal and to deal with a person that doesn't care about being honest and straight forward with folks like us is non professional and shameful. Avoid.
