I have had the pleasure of working with Donna and the team at Harding Real Estate many times and every encounter has been a pleasure. As a real estate agent in Ottawa we have a lot of clients that move between Halifax and Ottawa. I have sent many clients to the Harding team and they have always done a great job for my clients. We bought our first home using one of the Harding Realty team members (Margaret!) - she came recommended and we can see why. VERY thorough and helped educate us on the finer points of home buying. In the end she construed our offers and helped us close on a home at a great price. If Margaret is any indication of what her team is like, then I would never consider anyone else. I'd give 6 stars if possible. :P

The Donna Harding Team is one of our main "go to" firms, especially when we are working through extremely unique and or high end property assignment types, especially for those Relocation type Real Estate.  

Donna is always available for real estate inquiries. I am certain her team actually works 24/7. Her input and her knowledge is very precise.   

After a few years I introduced myself to Donna. I was really impressed with her teams work. Often we complete Desktop and or Driveby Appraisal Assignments. We do not need to contact the realtor/s or the property owner/s for these assignment types. If there is a problem with the pricing we often contact the Realtor/s to identify what their train of thought of and the data that they had used. 
We noted that we never have had to contact her team. This means their pricing is right in the range of the market activity/sold pricing, which is what the lenders require. This sort of pricing makes for the ease of sales and lender confidence. 

For us, this is a pleasure and an honour to know Real Estate Brokers and Agents that understand their Real Estate market inclusive of what the Mortgage Lenders are looking for. 

On top of everything, it is cool that both her husband are both Retired CD Military Members.

I've been working with the Donna Harding Team for several years now and I'm always impressed by their balance of professionalism and warm personalities. They really are a tight team that works so well together. I highly recommend them!
