Patti helped my partner and I find our first home in Fairview, Halifax NS and we are incredibly happy with it. We couldn't have wished for a better guide through the process as she is highly professional, scrutinizing in all the ways we didn't know how to be, very intuitive in judging the quality of houses and deals we were looking at, and ultimately a great real estate mentor and new friend. Patti is lovely to work with. As a first time home buyer I had no idea what I was getting myself into, but Patti made the process simple and efficient.
