I have a buzz cut and just needed a quick trim. I clarified with the receptionist that I wanted the $15 men's cut after originally telling me it would be $35. The hairdresser did the buzz, but then washed my hair there isn't much and blew dried it. I should have just told her to stop but it was so uncomfortable. Tried to charge me $30, then they lied and said the prices online aren't right and gave me a "deal" for $25. I look after at the receipt and they charged me for a women's cut and style. There is nothing to style. Then I come home and see there is still hair on my face, my sideburns are uneven, there's a naked patch at the front of my head and she didn't trim the hair at front center so its longer than everywhere else. Awful. Would not recommend. Shady and bad quality hair cut.

They used to do my eyebrows good but I hadn’t gone in over a year and it was a big mistake to go back because the lady removed some of the hairs on the front my eyebrow making it look weird and they’re completely uneven one eyebrow is longer then the other. I honestly cried because how bad of a job they did and now I have to fill in my eyebrows just to have them look decent. Don’t come here if you want good results.

I went in a couple of weeks ago and the lady who did my eye brows did a horrible job. I usually go to square one because I know one of the ladies there and she does an amazing job. I went to dufferin mall location because it’s much closer and wanted to start going there, but because she didn’t do a good job on my eyebrows and also the staff is rude, I’m never going there again!

I only go here for bimonthly haircut. so I cannot comment on products, pricings and etc. but I like the vibe there, and the staff are very nice and friendly, despite me being a male, and somewhat a rarity amongst their customers base. Highly professional stylists too. ask for Rinzin!

I went to Trades Secrets to get my eyelashes lifted and I noticed the outer corner was completely flat. I tried to book to get it fixed without success plus got a lot of attitude back. The eyelash tech didn't mention that she is a student. She also blamed it on me for using mascara. One week after getting them done there's some more lashes that became straight and she won't fix it for me. Waste of my money and horrible customer service.

Not even worth one star. Total scam. Never ship out your order and won’t contact you to tell you why. So unless you contact them first, you won’t know what happened to your order. This is from multiple times of ordering from them. I did give them many chances and they never fail to disappoint.

Went in for nose piercings and although the ladies that gave us the service were lovely I was disappointed with what they consider a nose piercing….in hindsight I did go to Trade Secretes so I should have lowered my expectations.  Anyway, they used a plastic gun which surprised me and the piercing feels like an earring stud. It’s sharp and straight so when it hits the other side of the inner nose it’s incredibly painful.  I paid $150 with tip and got home and my husband’s fell out. My daughter and I were uncomfortable and not overly happy with the type of nose ring they used.  I called and spoke with the manager the next day and asked for a refund for my husbands piercing seeing as it fell out and she offered me a ‘discount’ on another piercing once his nose healed. I explained that we weren’t really happy and he wasn’t interested in doing it again so I wanted a refund. She told me the store doesn’t give refunds. I was fine with that and asked for a store credit for just his and she told me she would have to speak to the owner. It’s been a week and I still have not received a call.  While I understand that policy is policy I am disappointed at the way this was all handled. I was interrupted numerous times and she spoke over me while I attempted to explain what happened. She got defensive even though I told her I wasn’t angry or upset just disappointed that the piercing fell out a couple of hours after getting it.

I got my brows threaded here and it was horrible!! The brow lady trimmed my brow hair so short and now I literally can’t leave my house without doing brows!! Hopefully my brow hair will grow back soon :  Update: I went back to the shop and talked to the manager. Instead of offering a refund, she gave me a brow card so next time i can get my brows done for free.. bur I’m terrified by this place and I wouldn’t risk my brows getting cut off again by going back

I went there with my 3 sisters to pierce our noses. And I need to say that we were super excited and happy for doing it together! Our experience was the best at this location. Dana and her team were very professional, helpful and kind! We definitely had the best costumer service and we highly recommend this location for beauty services related! Their products are really nice too and they just gained 4 new clients! 5*****

NAVI is my eyebrown lady go to, very atentive amaaazing serv, been going to her for like 3 years, never dissapoints, she does threading waxing according to what you preffer  or need. I always call ahead to make sure she is onshes THE BEST
