I used to go all the time for all my hair care needs but the most recent time I went the cashier was very rude, the incorrectly processed the payment as credit card when it was debit causing my moms card to decline when it was not her fault and the cashier just stood there and ignored us and we even said thank you bye and they said nothing. Good customer service goes a long way and now I just order everything off Amazon ‍

$90 for garbage. DON’T shop at this store. Imagine you see one thing on the mannequin and when you get home and open the package it’s trash ! What a SCAM !! The hair is supposed to be 1 length. It’s 10in 12in and all different lengths and doesn’t look good.

Went shopping at Clore with a friend, which can be very overwhelming due to the abundance of stock. I'm so very impressed with the staff at Clore. Both Aylssia and Naomi were an absolute dream. They were helpful, kind, well spoken, communicative and an true pleasure to benefit our shopping experience. Personable and excellent at solving our needs.

Just left the bloor st location where I was assisted by Naomi. She was great! Very pleasant, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and trouble shoot what I needed as I don’t do weaves often and understand that things and times change. Her patience was greatly appreciated! Shoutout to Naomi for her great customer service!

Normally, my trip to Cloré is always a game of chance, hoping that what I want is in stock. I had called to confirm they had an item and was unfortunately told they didn't. That's when the conversation usually stops, and I find something else. I'm lucky this time around; I had Naomi. I was told to call another location and ask for the item to be transferred closer to me! I never knew that! Naomi offered to call and do it for me, but I didn't want to keep her too long and was happy to do it myself. She was so knowledgeable and pleasant on the phone. This was about two weeks ago. Today, I decided to give Cloré a call and get an update. The person on the phone was so kind and helpful. They checked to see if the item was there and apologized on behalf of Cloré for not receiving a call sooner, as it came in on Monday. I thanked them for their help and asked what their name was. Sure enough, it was NAOMI! Clore is lucky to have someone so warm, welcoming, kind, and professional working there. Naomi really went above and beyond and made my shopping experience great.

BEWARE OF THE RETURN POLICY SCAM Clore insists that even thought the security seal shows the product was never opened. They claim they can't take it back. Basically this store treats their ethnic clients like second class consumers. They want your money but operate the store like we are in bad Asian grocery story. I have complained to Consumer Affairs about the lack of transparency and accountability that Canadian consumers expect and mostly get with reputable retailers.

I was at this location early this morning around 10 to 11 looking to buy Multiple different wigs and it look like I was the one working in the store I had to walk over to her with the wig in my hand beacuse she was to lazy to walk to me and continued giving me attitude after I told her I wasn’t going to try on the wig I Astor I wanted to see what the curls look like on the way that I chose she told me that she can’t take the week out of the package I’ve been to multiple locations where they were able to show me the texture of the product that I’m buying so Being upset I left the store and came back to see if I can get another associate assist me with the wigs instead of her I waited a bit and only she came thank goodness for BSW on keele where I was able to buy $300 worth of merchandise what a big loss to your store maybe you’d like to review the video surveillance that was taken this morning between the hours and It will show you the rude customer service experience today I will not be shopping at this location ever again I did want to touch the wig I just wanted to see if the curls are to loose or tight to work my face … u guys always do that for me . It was going to come out of the package. Now back to the customer service part how are u going to fix that … stop looking at the product and work on your customer service that u lost a big sale because of poor customer service I wasn’t going to touch the wig or take it out of the package other locations show me the product without taking it Completely out of the package

Associate helped me locate the exact item I was looking for so fast and checkout was smooth without being rushed. In and out in literally 1 MINUTE and I hopped back on Dufferin station and caught the subway as it arrived. Cheaper than the price I found at another online store and I didn't even have to wait for shipping. Overall a super efficient experience!

Biggest store I ever went into, felt like I was in a new world at every aisle, they have amazing prices and amazing products, even though I came during the holidays and everyone was busy, they were nice to me and answered my questions and helped me, everything you need you can find
