Great experience. Only issue was I paid for the premium bay for the club and swing cam. The club view worked but the swing cam did not. There is no tutorial on the website to get to it, no instructions in the bay, neither did the person in the other premium bay know how to view it. Hope maybe I can get an answer here for next time. Update: I changed my review to 5 star. Customer service replied very quickly to this review with the link on how to access the swing cam and refunded me for the extra premium portion I paid for. These are the kinds of businesses we need more off.
Indoor golf was great. Our group has been a couple times. I thought the screen clarity was a bit lacking but overall we had a great time. An operator came on the comms system and helped us set up. I’m sure we will be back. price was great too.
An affordable way to get some golf practice in when the weather isn't cooperating. Great learning tool for beginners like me... Now I get to see my contact point and how I'm slicing through instant replay. This was my first visit and won't be my last.
For the first visit doing this. We were throughly impressed. Although we didn’t try a course this time, my boy and I will def be coming back mid-night to check it out again. Place is clean, tidy, organized, and fairly easy to set up. I guess the only thing is to maybe have a starters program set on the monitor that will go through how to go through the many options
Excellent facility. If you take the time to review the web site and watch a couple of tutorials you'll have a great time and maybe even improve your game!
Was skeptic but man this concept is awesome!! Loved it only thing I would've liked would be ability to take cash, there IS someone working remotely... It should just be a front desk, and wish there was vending machines and whatnot. Otherwise my complaints aren't anything to really "be addressed" so I loved it 5* all around.
Very convenient and easy to use. We had a great first experience and will definitely be back. Was a little warm, but we were glad for the fan in our bay.
I was there twice this weekend for the first time and let me say I'm very impressed. You can practice everything and also play a round. I got new clubs so I wanted to try them out. Although I'm coming from bowmanville it was worth it. Everything is automated which is cool too! Now they just need to open one up in the clarington area!
It was ok. When hitting balls in the driving range mode it was fine. When playing a game, the putting part couldn’t register as the flap at the bottom was out of place and we couldn’t get it back in place. It was Bay 25. Was kind of frustrating.
Went for my first time not knowing anything about the Indoor Golf simulators, it was super easy to get the hang of the software, great feed back on ever hit and super fun for yourself and or a group of people.
