We tried the fresh fruit boba tea and also one of their black tea milk teas. They were both very good. There are so many options and the employees were very helpful in helping me decide though I took a long time!. It is a beautiful shop! Only challenge is I don’t know if there is a ramp or elevator to get in we had a stroller, but it was 2 steps only.
Right next to Wellesley subway station, this one is a good choice. Their drinks are very Instagram-able, they look cool and cute. Taste wise, I think they are not very different than other bubble tea store. Their drinks is on the high price side compare to others. I tried mango pomelo sago, which is good. Their Peach series are a bit too sweat. Even with 50% sugar.
Good quality of Taiwanese drinks and friendly staffs. Store's waiting area looks nice and clean which is great, hope you guys can keep this way. I ordered a cup of TieGuanYin Tea with Grass jelly, the flavour was exactly as same as that I drank in Taiwan few years ago. I loved it.
Tried this when it recently opened. It's right beside Wellesley station. Inside is bright and clean. There is no seating for dine in right now. Tried the mulberry and strawberry milk teas which were too sweet even though I requested 50% sugar. The mulberry tasted like I was drinking jam with milk. Maybe they will get better after opening for a while but with so many other good options around, I probably won't return.
Their mulberry cheese cream is very tasty, drink is definitely a must get. The only reason for this 3 stars is that their sugar in the drink is so inconsistent. I’ve been there multiple times due to the store is near by my workplace and every time I ordered the tea it is like trying out a new drink Today’s drink was so sweet that I thought I ordered Extra Sugar but the label stated it’s “Half sugar” I cant even see the distinct dark red from the tea & also regular ice can’t help dilute it. Don’t want to go all the way back to Wellesley to exchange it so had to throw it in the trash. Such a shame that I wasted almost 10 bucks for a drink + tips just to ended up in trash can.
I got just a pearl milk tea w 50% sugar and I’d say it was the right amount of sweet. I did find the tapioca to not be as sweet as I was expecting but definitely cooked to the right amount of chewy. Note, they do 100% then the next one down is 50% and lower for sweetness levels.
I had tried all the other TP locations before Wellesly branch opened. Their goods are exact what I want in a bubble tea shop, especially the Mulberry Crema with pearl, no sugar and regular ice - It is my favorite one! However, I just feel upset when their crema is not considered as a topping, I cannot add more or buy it. Anyway Wellesly is near my house, so I come here often and their service is better than the other branchs just my opinion.
Ordered this drink twice in a day. For the first time they added way too much lemon juice and it became unbearably sour even with 100% sugar. I had to go back to order another one so I won’t have to be stuck with this horrible sourness. The second one tasted alright and the same as I remembered. I guess they just didn’t pay enough attention when adding the ingredients.
This famous Taiwanese chain makes good bubble tea, but nothing spectacular. $8 will run you a small size, basic tea. Unless you’re a deep pocket boba connoisseur, theres not much distinction between TP and the dizzying options for bubble tea around Yonge & Wellesley.
My god their bubble teas are so expensive but they are the most delicious bubble tea. I paid $9.25 for 3Q TP Milk Tea. The staff was friendly!
