A fantastic experience. My wife recently bought a car here and the service was excellent. From Rejean in sales, Kim in financing and Guillaume at delivery, it was a smooth and positive experience. Good cars, bilingual service and clear rates and options. A nice change from other dealers. I would highly recommend Toyota Magog as an option if you need a car/truck.
Jean Charles is the only reason that we are providing this service department two stars- one for Jean Charles and one for fixing our problem. We are from the States and were traveling through when we noticed a nail in our tire. When we first arrived at this location, we went to the Service desk, were asked if we had an appointment when we spoke to an older lady, we said no and explained our situation, and then she said to stand to the side, so we did. No other instruction. Then after some time, another individual said to speak to one of the service agents at the end, a guy, and when we went to him, he said to stand to the side and he can’t help because he is with a client right now, even though we were told to go to him. We stepped to the side again. Jean Charles may have witnessed our experience so far, because he came up to us, found out our issue, and helped us by fitting us in right away. He returned our vehicle, fixed, within the time promised, and was so pleasant, so courteous, so warm, and so receptive. He’s the only reason we decided to stay, as we were about to leave to go to another service dealership down the street. Read another review from a person 11 months ago who experienced the same stand-offish behavior from the service department, and so this clearly is a pattern for treating people from out of the area. It’s a shame and a disappointment to be treated like this at a Toyota establishment. The only saving grace for your department is Jean Charles and his pleasant customer service and the tech who fixed our tire.
