HONDA OCCASIONnWould give zero if I could. Go to Honda Sherbrooke.nn- spoke to 4 people to complete a simple transactionn- error in total financed amount of the carn- mistake in the total cost of the car when papers were getting signedn- promised to make a repair on a vehicle before signing papers. Repair not donen- promised items during the visit and when came to pick it up items were not added to the vehiclen- very unprofessional and lack of communicationn- blunt and crude behaviourn- no apology for their mistakesnnOne client to another ; You will be just a number, just another sale.
The best service! Jonathan Faucher is very kind, super attentive, he helped me find the best vehicle and financing option for me. Highly recommended!
Bought a truck few off the team are very nice and understanding but had one guy litterly being rude legit the worst customer service i ever recived got a truck good thing i got a warrenty in almoat 3 weeks of owning it i had it 2 days as i said a few where trying help but sadly one those guys was away so his assistant is the one who is rude. I wouldnt at this point tell others to go there until they apologize etc ima about to return my truck possibly sense this interaction

Ok so I drove 3 hours to go see a jeep grand Cherokee and before hand I took and received an email confirmation for 5pm from Megann Bouvier!mind you she confirmed our appt at 11:41 am the same day.in the span of 4-5 hours NO ONE CALLED OR EMAILED ME TO TELL ME THAT IT WAS SOLD…!!!SO I paid for a babysitter waisted my time and gas for this unprofessional B.S !!!Oh and I had to drive back 3 hours back home of course…so your all a bunch sleazy salespeople that DONT CARE ABOUT ANY CUSTOMERS!Dont waist your time ther plz!
