I traveled from Blainville to Magog Honda to see a Honda Pilot/2013 .nWe had an appointment and everything looked great. I traveld two hours and once we arrived I met with à seller G… . He showed me the car . The car looked ok and after a short inspection I asked to do a test drive. G.. the seller went inside to pick up a plate … He returned and his face changed completely. He said to me the car was just sold to another person. He said his boss said that. As a result I couldn’t do a test drive or buy it… I asked to see his boss and we meet another person at the building on the back of the main one . The person who said to be a director said simply that the car was sold to someone who saw it during the day… He didn’t even say “ sorry” for my travel to go to Magog. He “buds language “ was really insulting to me and he didn’t show no sign of respect for a customer…nI left the dealership and after 4 hours I see on Marketplace that the car was “rélisted” for sale “just now” from another person… On Marketplace the person is showing they he’s working for that dealership. I even called back to verify and the person on the phone said the car is still availablenI asked the sellers to call me back if the first seller changes his ideas…nEverything looks weird and I don’t know why these people act like this…!?nnI don’t understand if there’s “a strategy” when they sell cars or they’re just unprofessional and there’s no communication at all at the dealership… there are a lot of examples like mine there if you see the comments below…nnMaybe the owner doesn’t know nothing about his employees actions/abilities or he agrees with that kind of “doing business “…nnIf I have a chance I would give them -10
I want to shout out that I had great customer service from TOMMY, even though I didn't end up buying the car, he went above and beyond in everything! The lady in the finance department Stephanienot so much, needs to brush up on her manners and knowledge on certain information, nothing like sending a message in all caps!
HONDA OCCASIONnWould give zero if I could. Go to Honda Sherbrooke.nn- spoke to 4 people to complete a simple transactionn- error in total financed amount of the carn- mistake in the total cost of the car when papers were getting signedn- promised to make a repair on a vehicle before signing papers. Repair not donen- promised items during the visit and when came to pick it up items were not added to the vehiclen- very unprofessional and lack of communicationn- blunt and crude behaviourn- no apology for their mistakesnnOne client to another ; You will be just a number, just another sale.
The best service! Jonathan Faucher is very kind, super attentive, he helped me find the best vehicle and financing option for me. Highly recommended!
Curteous staff....good inventory of new and old vehicles.....the advisors at the front of the garage are second to none.....the mecanics know their stuff,full confidence that the repair was done right
