We live in Montreal area. Purchased a used car, they said the car is ready. Went to pick it up. Bang!! Not ready after driving more than an hour. However, they solved the problem professionally by lending us a car and bringing car to our place. Later we had to go there twice to fix some small problems and they were helpful as well.

Excellent service during a purchase of a used 2004 Corolla. Salesperson was well mannered and professional, finance person was no-nonsense, and there was no screwing around. Ending up getting a car I really like, at a price that was reasonable. Overall, very happy with the experience.
